How to participate
Complete urban ecology challenges, attend talks, and meet members of the ESA community through Thursday morning.
Every 10 points earns one raffle entry. More entries increase your chance of winning but do not guarantee a prize. Up to two talks per day earn points, with bonus points for a confirmed speaker conversation.
The circle shows the downtown hunt area around the Salt Palace. You do not need to operate the map to participate.

1. Find urban ecology downtown
Select a challenge, add a photo, and allow location access. Each completed challenge is worth 10 points.
2. Attend a talk and meet a speaker
Enter the title of a talk you attended. The first two talks each day earn 10 points each. A conversation with a speaker earns 5 bonus points after the speaker confirms it.
3. Visit the exhibit hall
Speak with an exhibitor and record the company or organization you visited. Each visit is worth 8 points.
4. Attend UEE community events
When you arrive, select the check-in button and show this screen to the organizer for confirmation.
